Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Fuckya Mother (ranked 8520 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle Sauve (ranked 4822 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Sauve's choice of entrance music: Prodigy Out of Space. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Sauve has Mother pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Sauve pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Mother tumbling to the mat - Sauve dives into Mother's guard.
Mother wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Sauve manages to pass to side control.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Sauve takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Sauve has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Slaughterhouse. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Sauve throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Mother has his hands clasped together but Sauve breaks the hold and Mother is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Sauve!
