The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lomachenko shoots in but no luck this time.
Thomas misses with a jab, cross combination.
Lomachenko shoots in for a takedown but Thomas shows good takedown defense.
Thomas digs a good hook to Lomachenko's body.
Thomas checks a leg kick.
Thomas lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
It looks like Evgeni Lomachenko has been cut.
Thomas scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Lomachenko lands a nice shot to the body.
Thomas connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Thomas fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Lomachenko on the side of the head.
Lomachenko is rocked!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Thomas knocks Lomachenko out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
