The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ahmadzai shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Tran manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Ahmadzai goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Tran is on top in guard.

Tran knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ahmadzai on the ground.

Ahmadzai has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Tran can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Tran has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Ahmadzai to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Tran is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Ahmadzai pulls down on the head and he's put Tran to sleep! This one is all over!
