Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nick After (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ali Bang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Glass and Colin Fotheringham.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
After shoots for a double leg takedown but Bang sprawls well. He's pushed After's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Bang misses with a head kick.
Bang tries a head kick but it misses.
After changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bang tries to avoid it but After manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bang to the ground. Bang escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Bang takes a swing at After's ribcage but misses.
After throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bang's waist but Bang gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing After off to one side.

After takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

It looks like Nick After has been cut.
After throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Bang throws a head kick but After moves out of range.

After changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bang tries to avoid it but After manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bang to the ground. Bang escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

After not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Bang connects with a couple of short punches.
After tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Bang trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

Bang is working After over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

After has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bang can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

After working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bang doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bang manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

After looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Bang seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Nick After's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bang can do anything to dispel that myth.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bang is looking to improve his position.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

After closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

After wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bang keeps working.
Bang really doesn't want to stay on the ground with After. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
