Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Boogie Rollins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mike Mikson!
The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Skip Squint and Ron Honeybunn.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rollins rushes Mikson and presses him up against the cage.
Rollins lands a takedown into guard.
Rollins stands and steps away. Mikson gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Mikson shoots for a takedown but Rollins saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Rollins appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Rollins looking to score a takedown here. Mikson is defending well but Rollins drives through and ends up in Mikson's guard.
Rollins showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Mikson looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Mikson is trying to keep Rollins in close.
Rollins wants to control from the top but Mikson keeps moving.
Rollins knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mikson on the ground.
Rollins distracts Mikson with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Rollins is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Nuclear Physiques that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
Mikson keeping moving, preventing Rollins from controlling successfully.
Rollins is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Mikson has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Rollins is looking to defend but Mikson has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Rollins! Mikson pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Rollins taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Mike Mikson!
Mike Mikson opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
