The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Blackwell has control of Gibson's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Gibson regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Kaapo Blackwell showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Blackwell loads up on a big right hand but Gibson slips the punch.
Gibson seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Blackwell shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Blackwell was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Gibson throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Blackwell shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Gibson manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Blackwell is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Gibson is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Gibson has escaped and now he's on top!
Blackwell has momentary wrist control but Gibson slips an elbow through the middle.

Blackwell wants to get back to his feet but Gibson is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Blackwell has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Gibson is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Blackwell.
