Nice uppercut there from Pereira.
Pereira has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Balboa takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Balboa shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Pereira pinned against the ropes. Pereira gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Pereira sends Balboa crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Pereira is motioning to the referee to let Balboa up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Balboa is aggressively charging in as Pereira backs up avoiding any damage. Pereira tosses out a jab and Balboa runs right into it face first! Balboa is out cold! Pereira dropped down on all fours and is barking in Balboa's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
