PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Asian Chinaman (ranked 4238 p4p, 330 weight class) and Wilfredo Gomez (ranked 8083 p4p, 473 weight class). Chinaman comes to the cage accompanied by Orient Express Theme. Wilfredo Gomez will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chinaman is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

It looks like Asian Chinaman has been cut.

A jab-cross combination lands for Gomez and sends Chinaman crashing to the mat! Gomez follows him down to the mat - Chinaman regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
