The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riley dodges the punch combination from Aziz.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Aziz.
Aziz slips a jab and a cross from Riley.

Riley moves into range and clinches up with Aziz.

Riley lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Aziz!
Aziz is bucking up trying to escape but Riley cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Aziz fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Riley shoots in for a takedown but Aziz shows good takedown defense.

Aziz throws a sloppy head kick and Riley moves out of range easily.
