The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turturro swats away the attempt to clinch by Miller.
Miller definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Turturro shoots for a double leg takedown but Miller sprawls well. He's pushed Turturro's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Miller was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
A head kick from Miller lands but Turturro takes it in his stride.

It looks like Umberto Turturro has been cut.
Turturro shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Miller sprawls well. Miller wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Turturro gets slowly back to his feet.

Miller rushes Turturro and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Turturro is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Miller is defending well.
Ryan Miller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Umberto Turturro.
Turturro has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Miller is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Miller breaks the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Turturro misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Turturro tries for a takedown but Miller circles away easily

Miller lands a nice hook to Turturro's body. Turturro takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Miller moves into the clinch.
Miller gets underhooks to prevent Turturro's takedown attempt.

Miller breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Miller has Turturro up against the cage in a clinch.

Miller's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Turturro tries for a takedown but Miller sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Miller moves into the clinch.
Turturro tries to score a body lock takedown but Miller shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Miller pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Turturro fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Miller sprawls well initially but Turturro persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Miller is not content to let Turturro control the position.

Turturro is trying for a kimura here. Miller looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Turturro wins by kimura!
