The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos dodges the punch combination from Skenderbeu.

Skenderbeu gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Santos has gone for a leg lock! Skenderbeu slips out almost immediately though and dives into Santos's guard.

Santos should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Santos working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Skenderbeu doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Skenderbeu manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Santos had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Skenderbeu is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Santos Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Skenderbeu's back instead.

Skenderbeu is trying to get back to his feet but Santos has full control of the position and if anything, Skenderbeu has just worked his way into a worse spot.
