Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Federico Gaines (ranked 8781 p4p, 0 weight class) and Avraham Avinu (ranked 5276 p4p, 0 weight class). Avraham Avinu has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Avraham Avinu!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shirou Masuda.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Avinu feints and as Gaines raises his hands in defense, Avinu changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Gaines has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Avinu is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Gaines gets control of Avinu's arms and successfully pulls guard. Gaines will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Gaines is on top in guard.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Federico Gaines.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Gaines, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
