Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ethan Glover (ranked 4303 p4p, 461 weight class) and Ryan Rodriguez (ranked 4154 p4p, 448 weight class). Ryan Rodriguez has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Ethan Glover's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodriguez lands with a straight right. Glover didn't see that one coming.
Glover closes the distance but Rodriguez moves to the side
and Rodriguez counters with a nice body shot.
Glover takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

and Rodriguez counters with a stiff right hand.
Glover misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Rodriguez cracks Glover with a right hand to the side of the head.

Glover shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Rodriguez manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Glover throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rodriguez's waist but Rodriguez gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Glover off to one side.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Oh Glover is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
