Viguier has chosen Kebra as his entrance music. Dominique Kennedy has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Viguier swats away the attempt to clinch by Kennedy.

Viguier manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Kennedy on his heels. He'll look to pass Kennedy's guard now, I'm sure.

Kennedy bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Viguier's guard.

Viguier is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Kennedy really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Viguier throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Well, if Viguier is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Kennedy knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Viguier on the ground.
Kennedy is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Viguier is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Viguier is figuring out what he wants to do next.

Viguier breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Kennedy tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Viguier just stands there and leans against the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Viguier closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Viguier has an Americana. Kennedy didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Viguier is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Viguier hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
