Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Muhammad Jabbar (ranked 6041 p4p, 0 weight class) and Petko Petkov (ranked 24937 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Muhammad Jabbar has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Muhammad Jabbar seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petkov wants to clinch.
Petkov fails with an attempt to clinch.
Jabbar tries to counter by clinching up but Petkov breaks away and moves out of range.
Jabbar scores with a sloppy right hand. Petkov should have avoided that one.

Jabbar clinches.
Jabbar lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Jabbar tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Petkov's elbow.
Jabbar lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Petkov.
Jabbar lands with a left to the head.
Petkov's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jabbar lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Jabbar manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Jabbar is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Petkov has his hands clasped together but Jabbar extends and breaks Petkov's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Jabbar.
