Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Robert Twigg and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Anderson pushes Wade up against the cage in a clinch.
Anderson has had enough of the clinch but Wade keeps him there for the moment.

Anderson works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Anderson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wade swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Anderson decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Anderson darts in and clinches Wade up against the cage.
A short uppercut from Wade.
Anderson is trying to break the clinch but Wade is controlling him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wade misses with some punches.
Good body shot from Anderson.
Wade jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Anderson walks away with a smile on his face. Wade gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Anderson shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Anderson showed some decent athleticism there.

Wade kicks off Anderson and gets to his feet.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Anderson gets a double leg takedown into Wade's guard.
Wade really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Anderson content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Wade has locked up a guillotine! Wade's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Anderson is holding on here and Wade must be using up a lot of energy. Anderson has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Wade gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
