Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Arturo Ward (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Twiglet Fingers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Twiglet Fingers struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 146.3lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ward shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fingers pinned against the cage. Fingers gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Ward throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fingers's waist but Fingers gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ward off to one side.

Ward closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Fingers to the mat! Fingers manages to get full guard.

Fingers really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ward. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Ward is pushing down on Fingers's leg trying to pass to half guard. Fingers is fighting to maintain full guard but Ward has managed to sneak the leg through.
