Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Arthur Dayne (ranked 2515 p4p, 282 weight class) and Higo Higa (ranked 3492 p4p, 364 weight class). Higo Higa is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dayne keeps the fight on the outside.
Dayne misses the shot to the body.
It seemed like Higa was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Higa looks to clinch
and Dayne counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Dayne connects with a body shot that sends Higa's belly button to the back.
Dayne ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

It looks like Higo Higa has been cut.
Dayne cracks Higa with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Higa is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dayne steps in with a hook that catches Higa right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Dayne follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Higa looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Arthur Dayne!
Arthur Dayne decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
