Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hamas Ogasa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Blaze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hamas Ogasa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Josh Blaze!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, George Francis and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ogasa feints and as Blaze raises his hands in defense, Ogasa changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Blaze looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Ogasa stands up and waves to Blaze to follow him.

Ogasa gets the takedown into side control.

Ogasa stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Ogasa misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Ogasa shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Ogasa stands up out of the half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Ogasa decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Ogasa shoots in and bounces Blaze off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Ogasa tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Blaze swivels and escapes.
Blaze throws a looping overhand right but Ogasa ducks down to avoid it.
Ogasa ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Ogasa bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Ogasa stands up and beckons Blaze to his feet.
Ogasa moves out of range of the strikes.
Ogasa misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Nice takedown defense from Blaze. No joy for Ogasa on that attempt.

Ogasa closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Ogasa stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Hamas Ogasa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ogasa shoots in for a double leg but Blaze sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Blaze shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ogasa pinned against the cage. Ogasa gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Blaze counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Ogasa, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
