The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magomedrasulov tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Da Silva manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Da Silva looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Magomedrasulov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Da Silva on the ground.
Da Silva looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Da Silva stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Magomedrasulov to get to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
