The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Konopka uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

It looks like Cam Miller has been cut.

Miller dives in and scores a takedown into Konopka's guard.
Miller stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Konopka swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Miller with a nice head shot there.
Miller must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Miller wants to control from the top but Konopka keeps moving.
Miller trying to move into half guard but instead Konopka has managed to sweep!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Konopka manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Miller drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Konopka manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Miller has Konopka in his guard.

Konopka wants to control from the top but Miller keeps moving.
Konopka stands and throws Miller's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Konopka stands up and we're back to a striking position.
The fighters circle momentarily. Konopka darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Konopka lands a big right hand that sends Miller crashing to the mat! Konopka stays standing though and waves Miller back to his feet!

Miller is rocked!
Miller leaves his chin hanging out and Konopka seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Miller crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
