The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Heracles lands an elbow that stopped Lyle in his tracks for a moment.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lyle is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Heracles keeps control of Lyle as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Heracles's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Heracles sends Lyle crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Heracles is motioning to the referee to let Lyle up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Lyle is rocked!
Heracles is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Lyle flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Lyle is out cold! Heracles holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
