Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cristobal Gibson (ranked 24679 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andreas Adamou (ranked 5864 p4p, 519 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Adamou has closed the distance and engaged Gibson in a clinch.

Gibson ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Gibson no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Adamou advances position into side control!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Adamou tries to advance to mount but Gibson denies him.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Adamou swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Gibson is now in Adamou's guard. A big mistake from Adamou there, giving up the dominant position!

It looked like Gibson was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Adamou.

A close round but Andreas Adamou will probably get the nod.
