Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Rami Perkins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Kevin Lee!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Michael Johnstone and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perkins throws a head kick that Lee semi-blocks.
Perkins throws a quick inside leg kick.
Lee closes the distance and clinches.
Perkins tries to land knees in the clinch but Lee avoids the damage to the body.
Lee throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Lee has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Lee manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Perkins has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Perkins has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Lee is looking to cinch up a triangle. Perkins throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Lee's body to avoid the submission. Lee has instead reached around Perkins's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Lee arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Kevin Lee!
Kevin Lee decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
