The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yukihiro Shimada and Taro Takaoka.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velasquez bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Robinson lands with a good body shot.
Velasquez takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
A left lands for Robinson.
Velasquez ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Robinson works Velasquez's body with a nice hook.
Velasquez misses with an uppercut. Robinson saw that one coming.
Robinson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Velasquez throws out the jab.
Robinson smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Robinson is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Robinson stuns Velasquez with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Robinson has managed to clinch.
Robinson lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the ropes.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Velasquez fails to pull guard.
A left hand lands to the body for Robinson.
With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Robinson creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Robinson lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Robinson pushes Velasquez back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Robinson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Robinson scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Robinson throws out a powerful jab.
Velasquez looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.


It looks like Roberto Velasquez has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Robinson avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Velasquez takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
It looks like Robinson has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.

and Robinson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Velasquez moves in looking to clinch but Robinson pushes him off.

Velasquez throws a poor cross that misses
and Robinson counters with a crisp right that sends Velasquez to the canvas! Robinson follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!

Tommy Robinson tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
