Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Aulis Homelius (ranked 4256 p4p, 462 weight class) and Tvica Iruscek (ranked 6677 p4p, 584 weight class). Iruscek has chosen Yakety Yak as his entrance music. Tvica Iruscek looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Homelius gets a clinch.

Homelius's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Iruscek shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Homelius as he avoids it easily.
Iruscek is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Homelius leaves Iruscek with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

The fighters circle momentarily. Homelius darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

and Homelius decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Iruscek's guard.
