Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gunter Schultz (ranked 2230 p4p, 264 weight class) and Jonathan Davis (ranked 2071 p4p, 245 weight class). Schultz comes to the cage accompanied by Imperial March (L.O.D. Rage Mix). Davis has chosen Imperial March (L.O.D. Rage Mix) as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Davis is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Davis scores with a hook.
Davis misses with a jab, cross combination.
Davis throws a big shot that misses.
Schultz was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Davis tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Schultz was well out of range. Poor timing from Davis.
As Davis looks to move away, Schultz throws a big counter combo but Davis just gets out of the way.
Schultz throws a left and a right that both miss
and Davis connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
A shot to the liver by Davis. Beautiful body shot.
Schultz dodges the punch combination from Davis.

Schultz drops his hands momentarily and Davis takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Oh Schultz is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Sloppy strikes from Davis. Those never looked like landing.
Davis throws a body punch but Schultz moves out of range.
Schultz looks up at the clock. Bad move! Davis lands a right hand from hell, dropping Schultz. Davis pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jonathan Davis!
A very excited looking Jonathan Davis rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
In defeat, Gunter Schultz stepped up to the mic, saying 'He cheated! Check his gloves, they've got chloroform on them!'.
