Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Arbi Amagov (ranked 5268 p4p, 395 weight class) and Charles Briscoe (ranked 4098 p4p, 332 weight class). Amagov comes to the cage accompanied by Raphael Lake - Vertigo. Amagov has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good standup being displayed there by Briscoe as he connects with a hook.
We've been told by Amagov's head coaches at Rabid Dog that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Briscoe throws a lazy right hand but Amagov sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Briscoe moves into the clinch.
Amagov tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

Briscoe escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Briscoe has managed to clinch.
Amagov wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Briscoe has him pressed against the cage.

Briscoe manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Briscoe avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Amagov trying to control the position from guard on top but Briscoe is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Briscoe is looking for a triangle here but Amagov uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

Briscoe bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Amagov is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Briscoe defends well.
Briscoe keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Amagov's head.

Briscoe postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Amagov covers up, he's hurt! Briscoe keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Briscoe and the ref steps in to end the fight! Briscoe can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
