Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Diego Velasquez (ranked 3774 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Allison (ranked 5949 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Diego Velasquez !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ray Allison !
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Sandra Marshall and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velasquez shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Allison napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Sloppy strikes there by Velasquez .
Velasquez knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Allison on the ground.
Velasquez trying to control the action but Allison is working from the bottom.
Allison is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Allison gets back to full guard.
Allison looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Allison throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Velasquez lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Allison has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Allison is looking to sweep but instead, Velasquez has passed into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Velasquez trying to control the action but Allison is working from the bottom.
Allison is pressing down on Velasquez 's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Allison doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Allison is trying to keep Velasquez in close.
Velasquez really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Allison manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Velasquez manages to get himself to full guard.
Allison controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Velasquez is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Allison is controlling him.
Velasquez looking for a sweep. Not yet Velasquez , not yet.
Allison is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
It looks like Allison might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Allison works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Allison looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Velasquez wants to improve his position but Allison is controlling well.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Allison trying to control the pace.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Velasquez moves into the clinch successfully.
Come on Velasquez - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Velasquez is leaning against Allison and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Velasquez breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Velasquez just misses with a punch to the body.
Allison drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Velasquez defends it well.
Allison shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Velasquez pushes Allison off but Allison dives into side control.
Velasquez can't do much from the bottom here.
Velasquez is letting Allison control him for a moment.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Allison tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Allison has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Diego Velasquez will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Allison changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Velasquez looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Allison controls the position from side control.
Velasquez stuck in half guard on the bottom here.
You can see the frustration on Velasquez 's face as Allison controls the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Let's hope that Allison has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Allison in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Velasquez is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
