Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Blake Shamrock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gerolamo Quaglia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shamrock comes to the cage accompanied by Slayed. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shamrock looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Quaglia is fending him off so far but Shamrock persists. Nope, Quaglia circles away and we're back to standing.
Shamrock shoots in but Quaglia avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Quaglia closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Shamrock throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Quaglia's waist but Quaglia gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Shamrock off to one side.
