Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Giovanni Chase (ranked 23807 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buddie Jojo (ranked 5840 p4p, 0 weight class). Jojo has chosen Stove On as his entrance music. Buddie Jojo is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Giovanni Chase!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Buddie Jojo!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Eddie Farnsworth and Bruno Lombardi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jojo closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Chase gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Jojo can't find room to land a body shot as Chase controls the action.
Chase avoids the elbow strike from Jojo, against the cage.
Jojo lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Chase jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Jojo walks away with a smile on his face. Chase gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Chase has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Jojo is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Jojo throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Chase tries to pull guard but Jojo won't allow it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Giovanni Chase. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jojo working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Still in the clinch, Jojo scores with a nice short uppercut.
Jojo misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Jojo dips a shoulder and cracks Chase with a mighty uppercut! Chase falls back against the cage and Jojo unloads with a barrage of strikes! Chase is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Jojo screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Buddie Jojo!
