Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Donal Noye (ranked 203 p4p, 34 weight class) and Iosue Nicu (ranked 3416 p4p, 455 weight class). Nicu has chosen It's Dark and Hell Is Hot as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Russell Pearce and Eddie Farnsworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Noye clinches up against the cage.

Nicu is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Noye swings wildly with an uppercut but Nicu uses good head movement to avoid it.

It looks like Iosue Nicu has been cut.
Noye misses with a hook to the ribs.

Nicu's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
We've been told by Noye's head coaches at Winds of Winter that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Noye wants to clinch but Nicu slips to the side
and Nicu counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Noye tries to close the distance and clinch but Nicu swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Noye throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Noye just misses with a elbow thrown towards Nicu's brow.

Nicu lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Noye or not.
Noye is breathing heavily.
Noye tries to throw a body punch but Nicu avoids it by throwing Noye back against the cage.
Nicu blocks an elbow strike from Noye.
Noye gets through Nicu's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Nicu's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Nicu throws out a powerful jab.
Nicu connects with a leg kick. Noye looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Nicu's jab looks to have found its range, popping Noye under the eye.

It looks like Donal Noye has been cut.
Nicu pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Nicu misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Nicu rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Noye moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Noye throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Iosue Nicu will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Nicu is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Nicu lands a left and a right that send Noye crashing to the mat, dazed. Nicu thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Nicu lands a big uppercut and Noye crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Noye looks OK. Nicu waves Noye back to his feet!
Oh Noye is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nicu lands a brutal uppercut that launches Noye off his feet! Noye tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
