Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mehdi Boukhidous (ranked 6287 p4p, 0 weight class) and Khalid Al Saadoun (ranked 4156 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Khalid Al Saadoun!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Daniel Franklin and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Al Saadoun throws a nice looking combination but Boukhidous bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Boukhidous throws a quick counter head kick but Al Saadoun was just out of range.
Boukhidous looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Boukhidous shoots in looking for a takedown but Al Saadoun manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Boukhidous's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Boukhidous enables Al Saadoun to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Boukhidous manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Al Saadoun stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Boukhidous swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Well Al Saadoun has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
