Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jerede Baya (ranked 4708 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Bo (ranked 4580 p4p, 0 weight class). Jerede Baya could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Michael Bo's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jerede Baya!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Michael Bo!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Santiago Holmes and Winston Alpacca.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baya tries to close the distance and clinch but Bo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Bo let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Baya is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
As Baya backs off Bo throws a huge counter combo but Baya manages to avoid it all.

Bo changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Baya looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Baya can't do much from the bottom here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Baya is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Bo creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Baya sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Bo thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Baya tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Bo wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Bo is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Baya is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Bo is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Bo lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Michael Bo comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Bo has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
