Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Renato Mccullough (ranked 25313 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hill Hedgehog (ranked 5844 p4p, 0 weight class). Hill Hedgehog told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Marco Blurström and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hedgehog shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Mccullough's guard.
Mccullough has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Hedgehog off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Mccullough instigates a clinch.
Mccullough's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Mccullough is trying to break free.
Mccullough jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Hedgehog walks away with a smile on his face. Mccullough gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Hedgehog tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Mccullough manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Hill Hedgehog seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mccullough gets caught flat footed, as Hedgehog shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Mccullough has his feet on Hedgehog's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mccullough moves out of range as Hedgehog strikes.
Mccullough shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Hedgehog is looking for a sweep. Mccullough is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Hedgehog got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mccullough has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hedgehog has managed to get both his arms back between Mccullough's legs - danger averted.

Mccullough decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Hedgehog, up you get!
Mccullough really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Mccullough feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Hedgehog is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Mccullough to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Mccullough shrugs it off.

Mccullough tries to lock up and control but Hedgehog gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Mccullough is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Hedgehog is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Mccullough's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

I would just about give that final round to Hill Hedgehog.
