Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lyle Alzado (ranked 1156 p4p, 121 weight class) and Yuri Bedlaminov (ranked 1466 p4p, 150 weight class). Bedlaminov has chosen Call to Arms as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Bedlaminov throws a body punch but Alzado moves out of range.

and Bedlaminov counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Alzado scores with a shot to the body.
Alzado digs a good body shot into Bedlaminov's ribs.
Alzado throws a body shot but no joy.

A jab lands there for Alzado.
Alzado swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

It looks like Yuri Bedlaminov has been cut.
Alzado changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Bedlaminov looks to throw the jab but Alzado is out of range.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bedlaminov lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Sloppy strikes from Alzado. Those never looked like landing.

Nice combo by Alzado! Oh, that's hurt him - Bedlaminov falls to the canvas and Alzado follows him into side control.

Alzado crunches a massive hammerfist down on Bedlaminov - he's out! Alzado Holds back on further strikes and jumps to his feet to celebrate with the crowd!
