Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Al Babigan (ranked 7326 p4p, 0 weight class) and Khabib Nurmagomedov (ranked 5075 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Al Babigan has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Al Babigan seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Khabib Nurmagomedov!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Bart Greer and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Babigan lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Nurmagomedov circles away quickly and effectively.
Babigan wants to land a leg kick but Nurmagomedov is out of range.
A nice combination there by Babigan.
Babigan looks to land a combination but Nurmagomedov avoids it well.
Al Babigan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nurmagomedov feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Nurmagomedov with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Babigan can't keep his opponent in guard - Nurmagomedov advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Nurmagomedov is trying for a kimura here. Babigan looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Nurmagomedov wins by kimura!
