Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Fojante Elikman (ranked 4706 p4p, 502 weight class) and Ismail Gutierrez (ranked 4061 p4p, 438 weight class). Elikman's entrance music is Lajan Slim - Haitians. A fine choice. Gutierrez has chosen Santeria as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ismail Gutierrez!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Elikman looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Elikman walks into a left hand.
Gutierrez swats away the attempt to clinch by Elikman.
Gutierrez looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Elikman closes the distance looking to clinch
and Gutierrez counters with a stiff right hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Elikman forces Gutierrez back against the cage and clinches.
Elikman's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Elikman is rocked!
Gutierrez effectively controlling the action here.
Elikman has Gutierrez pressed against the cage, preventing Gutierrez from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Gutierrez makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Oh Elikman is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Gutierrez.

Gutierrez misses with some punches.
Elikman lands a left hand that snaps the head of Gutierrez backwards.
Gutierrez has a couple of punches blocked by Elikman.
A left hand lands to the body for Gutierrez.
Elikman blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Gutierrez misses with a short punch on the inside.
Gutierrez misses with the head strike.
Elikman blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Gutierrez has Elikman pressed against the cage.

Gutierrez escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Are you kidding me?! Gutierrez ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Elikman clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!

Ismail Gutierrez really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Level Up! logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
Fojante Elikman was interviewed post fight and said 'Man i be back, fuck all that boy got lucky'.
