Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jerede Baya (ranked 5477 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taigro Henrique (ranked 3594 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jerede Baya!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Taigro Henrique!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Winston Alpacca and Bart Greer.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baya will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Baya shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Henrique as he avoids it easily.
Baya tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Henrique manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Henrique is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Baya with a body shot.
Baya tries to score a power double leg takedown but Henrique sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Baya somewhat.
Baya sets himself, and Henrique steps forward looking for the clinch! Baya avoids it this time.

Henrique tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Baya defends well and Henrique ends up having to push Baya into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Henrique is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Baya can't fight it off and eventually Henrique manages to take the fight to the floor. Baya looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Henrique is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Baya is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Henrique jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Baya walks away with a smile on his face. Henrique gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
