Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Blanco (ranked 4649 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chukwumo Viwako (ranked 4128 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Viwako fails with a takedown attempt.
Viwako is looking to land body kicks.
Viwako moves out of range as Blanco throws a body kick.
Viwako misses with a takedown attempt - Blanco sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Blanco closes the distance and lands a one-two.

Blanco closes the distance and clinches up with Viwako, looking for a takedown. Blanco pushes Viwako against the cage but Viwako circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
It looks like Viwako might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Blanco has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Viwako can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Viwako is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Blanco knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Viwako wants to stand but Blanco has his arm trapped.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Viwako looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Blanco is fending him off so far but Viwako persists. Nope, Blanco circles away and we're back to standing.

Blanco is trying to force a seperation but Viwako has the dominant position.

Viwako is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Blanco can't fight it off and eventually Viwako manages to take the fight to the floor. Blanco looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Viwako is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Blanco is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Blanco has escaped and now he's on top!

Viwako escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Blanco gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Chukwumo Viwako showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Blanco shoots in looking for a takedown. Viwako tries to sprawl out of it but Blanco keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Viwako manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Blanco has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Viwako uses from the top position.

Viwako drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Blanco manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Viwako has Blanco in his guard.

Viwako tries to free his leg and advance position but Blanco is retaining full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Viwako is pushing down on Blanco's leg trying to pass to half guard. Blanco is fighting to maintain full guard but Viwako has managed to sneak the leg through.

Blanco is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Viwako pulls his head out easily.

I've got Viwako winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
