The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pritchard throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Rowler's head.
Pritchard displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Rowler.
Rowler shoots in but no luck this time.
Dean Pritchard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rowler defending well as Pritchard loads up on a big left hand.
Rowler uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Pritchard.
A head kick misses from Rowler.
Pritchard feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Rowler tries to clinch up.
Rowler chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Pritchard can pounce on him.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Pritchard.
Rowler is trying hard to land a takedown here. Pritchard sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Dean Pritchard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nick Rowler.
Rowler closes the distance and clinches up with Pritchard, looking for a takedown. Rowler pushes Pritchard against the cage but Pritchard circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Pritchard moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Pritchard lands a brutal head kick. Rowler looks out on his feet and Pritchard throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
