Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kaseem Winston (ranked 5347 p4p, 0 weight class) and Doc Champion (ranked 5972 p4p, 0 weight class). Winston comes to the cage accompanied by Get Up- 50 cent . Doc Champion will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Champion fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Winston.
Winston misses with a straight right.

Winston has closed the distance and engaged Champion in a clinch.
Champion tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Winston's elbow.
Winston presses Champion against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Winston tries to score a body lock takedown but Champion shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Winston wants the takedown. Champion is fighting it off but Winston persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Champion's guard against the cage.

Champion has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Winston is working away from the top position though.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Winston connects with a nice short shot to Champion's temple.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Winston changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Champion tries to avoid it but Winston manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Champion to the ground. Champion escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A punch lands to the side of Winston 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Champion feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Winstons jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
