Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Damien Demento (ranked 1406 p4p, 184 weight class) and Hungarian Hotdog (ranked 1764 p4p, 216 weight class). Hotdog is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by George Ezra - Budapest. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Hungarian Hotdog!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Steve Montenegro and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hotdog dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

It looks like Damien Demento has been cut.
Demento scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Demento tries for a takedown but Hotdog sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

and Hotdog counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Hotdog smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Hungarian Hotdog seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hotdog moves into range and connects with a jab.
Demento ducks under a wild hook from Hotdog.
Demento appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Hotdog throws a body shot but no joy.
Demento half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Demento moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Demento connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Hotdog some visible discomfort.

We've been hearing good reports from Demento's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

A big strike lands for Demento! That's really hurt Hotdog and he's turned his back - Demento keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Demento jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!

After winning the bout, Damien Demento thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
Hungarian Hotdog spoke after the fight, saying 'This fucking blind referee is friends with the fucking biased judges who are both paid by my PED-using opponent's manager. Fuck them and fuck the haters! What are you looking at asshole? Come at me, I'll mash you like potatoes!!
Mommy!! They are threatening me! 😭'.
