The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Darius Henderson and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Byczynski tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Jones is in Byczynski's guard.
Byczynski pulls Jones in close to prevent any damage.
Jones wants to control from the top but Byczynski keeps moving.
Byczynski really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Jones engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Byczynski has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jones wants to control from the top but Byczynski keeps moving.

Byczynski is trying to control Jones's posture but Jones avoids it.

Jones slows the pace down in half guard.
Jones taking a breather but there's no such thing in a fight! Byczynski has locked on to a kimura from the bottom - he uses it to sweep and is now looking to finish from the top position! He's got it! Jones has tapped! Great work by Byczynski! Lay and pray doesn't pay, kids! Just remember, you heard it here first.
