And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, David Hoff and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and McFighterson counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by McFighterson.
Thompson looking to hit a scissor sweep but McFighterson is one step ahead there.
Thompson wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McFighterson is in close to Thompson's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Thompson has hold of McFighterson's hands but McFighterson slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Oh Thompson is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
McFighterson takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Oooooh, big shot lands for McFighterson! Thompson is hurt baaadly! McFighterson is firing away with more strikes - Thompson is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Fighty McFighterson!
Fighty McFighterson bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
