Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Billy Cotton (ranked 7270 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cappin Pistola (ranked 7591 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Darius Henderson and Skip Squint.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pistola shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Pistola was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Pistola has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Pistola darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Cotton flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Pistola stalling away here and it's allowed Cotton to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Pistola avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Pistola should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Pistola is pushing down on Cotton's leg trying to pass to half guard. Cotton is fighting to maintain full guard but Pistola has managed to sneak the leg through.

Cotton has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Pistola is working away from the top position though.
Pistola is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Pistola seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Cotton does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Pistola blocks the strikes from Cotton.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Pistola sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Cotton defending well though.
Cotton wants to control but Pistola is keeping busy.

Cotton has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Pistola is working away from the top position though.
Cotton scores with a few weak punches.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Cotton tries to close the distance and clinch but Pistola swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Pistola shoots in and bounces Cotton off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Cotton keeping moving, preventing Pistola from controlling successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pistola stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cotton swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Pistola looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Pistola postures up in Cotton's guard and throws a big left but Cotton blocks it.
Pistola trying to control the position from guard on top but Cotton is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Cotton shoots in but Pistola avoids the takedown attempt easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Cappin Pistola dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Nice takedown defense from Pistola . No joy for Cotton on that attempt.
Pistola slaps away a takedown attempt from Cotton, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Cotton shoots in for a double leg but Pistola sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Billy Cotton. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Cotton avoids the head kick by Pistola .
Billy Cotton is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Pistola shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Cotton manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Pistola decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pistola throws a front kick that sends Cotton stumbling back into the cage.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Cotton misses with a jab to the body

and Pistola counters with a crisp one two that drops Cotton! Pistola thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Cotton to his feet! Cotton is in big trouble!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Pistola closes the distance looking for a takedown. Pistola picks Cotton up and slams him brutally to the floor. Cotton is out! He's out cold! Wow, you don't see a finish like that every day!
