Gifford stuffs the takedown attempt from Nickel. Nickel gets slowly back to his feet.
Gifford defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Nickel.

Gifford gets caught flat footed, as Nickel shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Nickel stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gifford swivels though and keeps the full guard.
