Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mika Imonen (ranked 5781 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Kruiz (ranked 3653 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Imonen might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Another One bites the Dust. Kruiz has chosen ZARILA KANDZE as his entrance music. Tom Kruiz is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Viktor Lagutenko and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Imonen fails with an attempt to clinch.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Imonen.
Kruiz cracks Imonen with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Kruiz connects with a nice looking jab.
Kruiz fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Imonen moves to clinch but Kruiz breaks away
and Kruiz counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Kruiz takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Imonen is in trouble now - Kruiz has advanced to mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Imonen is trying to stand but he's just given Kruiz his back.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kruiz has his arm under Imonen's chin here. Game over son! Kruiz squeezes tightly and Imonen is forced to tap out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Tom Kruiz!
After the fight, Tom Kruiz was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
In defeat, Mika Imonen stepped up to the mic, saying 'I live to fight another Day'.
