The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Holt gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Holt will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Holt throws his legs up looking for a submission but Cano uses it to pass to side control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cano takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Cano is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Holt is in real trouble.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Cano has his foot on Holt's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Holt works his way back into a safe position though.

Cano escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Holt gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Cano has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Holt off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Holt gets caught napping as Cano dives in and scores a takedown. Holt manages to retain guard.

Holt is striking from the bottom but he's now found himself mounted! Oh dear - not enough focus on defense there.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Cano holds on and takes a little breather.

Cano seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Holt has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Cano is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Holt.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Holt tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Cano manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
