Suckerpunch cracks Johnson with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Suckerpunch has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Johnson to stand back up!

Johnson manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Suckerpunch on his heels. He'll look to pass Suckerpunch's guard now, I'm sure.

Johnson takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Johnson prevents Suckerpunch from standing back up.

Johnson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Suckerpunch as he jumps to the side.

Johnson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Suckerpunch avoids it really well and circles away.

Suckerpunch has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

and Suckerpunch counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Johnson off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Suckerpunch follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Johnson was out before he hit the floor.

After the fight, Ricki Suckerpunch was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
